Todd Wong (aka "Toddish McWong") is a fifth-generation, Chinese-Canadian from Vancouver, B.C. Todd, and his creation, "Gung Haggis Fat Choy" were recognized by the Scottish Parliament in their exhibition: "This is Who We Are: Scots in Canada". The photo was taken in Edinburgh, October of 2009.
